POLICIES & PROCEDURES

We are here with the intention to provide our guests with a professional therapeutic massage and spa services. The following policies and procedures serve as a guide for first-time and regular clients of Serenity Massage & Day Spa, LLC. 

 

At Serenity Massage & Day Spa, LLC we are committed to providing a unique and outstanding massage and spa experience to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists’ and clients time, we have adopted the following policies:

 

ARRIVAL TO SERENITY MASSAGE & DAY SPA 

 

Please arrive for you massage/spa appointment 10 minutes prior to your scheduled starting time. This allows you the time for a relaxed and unrushed experience. 

 

If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) will be shortened in order to keep on schedule. No full or partial refunds will be given. Note also if it looks like you are going to run late please call the office and let us know. 

CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION POLICY 

 

You must give 24 hours notice to cancel or modify your massage/spa appointment in any way. If you need to change or modify a Monday appointment you must do so Saturday as Sunday we are closed. If you have to cancel or modify your appointment within the 24 hours your card on file will be charged 50% of your service. Full refunds will not be given.

 

No call, no show, will be charged the full fee for services. canceling or modification with less than 3 hours notice will be charged in full. No refunds will be provided for deposits or cancellations received less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment.

 

 

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY 

 

Serenity regrets that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled massage/spa appointment/s. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. The original service fee will be charged. 

 

 

NO SHOW POLICY 

 

Clients who fail to show for their massage/spa appointments will be charged in full with card on file, full or partial refunds will not be given. It is important that our therapist are compensated for reserved time slots. 

 

 
 

A card must be put on file to book and hold your appointment. To cancel or change your appointment you must do so 24 hours before your appointment. Sunday does not count as a day. CHECK OUR POLICIES & PROCEDURES PAGE, for all the details.
